Service Description
The Mindset Makeover for Healthy Eating is a 4-session personal coaching journey designed to help you transform how you think and feel about food and eating habits. During our time together, we’ll uncover and shift limiting beliefs around eating, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and empower you to create lasting, healthy habits. No rigid rules or meal plans - just a focus on real, sustainable mindset changes that align with your wellness goals. What You Can Expect: Session 1: Discovery & Awareness We’ll begin by exploring your current beliefs and behaviors around food and eating. Together, we’ll identify the thought patterns that may be holding you back from creating healthier habits and clarify the goals you want to achieve. Session 2: Shifting Limiting Beliefs Around Food In this session, we’ll challenge and re-frame negative beliefs and self-talk related to food choices and eating behaviors. You’ll learn practical strategies to replace these patterns with empowering thoughts that encourage balance and self-love. Session 3: Building Resilience & Overcoming Eating Triggers We’ll focus on building mental resilience and addressing common triggers that lead to stress eating, cravings, or emotional eating. Techniques for managing stress, creating mindful eating practices, and promoting emotional balance will be covered. Session 4: Cultivating a Growth Mindset for Healthy Eating Our final session will be about maintaining a growth mindset when it comes to eating well. We’ll discuss strategies to stay on track, handle setbacks, and celebrate your progress, ensuring you have the tools for continued success. If you’re ready to break free from unhelpful eating patterns and build a positive, empowered relationship with food, this coaching experience will help guide your journey. I’m available for limited email support between sessions to answer brief questions or provide encouragement, with responses typically within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Life happens, and I understand! If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can find a better time. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may count as a completed session, except in cases of emergency. Session Expiry To help you stay consistent on your journey, all sessions should be used within the period of the program. If you need flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out - I’m here to support you. Refund Policy Coaching is a commitment to yourself and your growth. Once we begin, refunds for unused sessions aren’t available. However, if unexpected challenges arise, let's connect to discuss options for pausing or rescheduling your sessions. Confidentiality Your trust is important to me. Everything shared during our sessions is private and confidential. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space for your journey.
