The Healthy Habits Builder program is a personalized 3-month coaching journey designed to help you create sustainable, healthy habits that truly fit your lifestyle. Unlike quick-fix approaches, this program takes a steady, mindful path to transformation, allowing you the time and space to integrate meaningful change. Together, we'll develop a plan tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals, based on where you’re currently feeling stuck and what you most want to achieve. Program Structure: Discovery & Setting Intentions We’ll begin by exploring your current habits, challenges, and aspirations. This foundational session sets the stage for a personalized approach, focusing on what you need and want to work on most over the next 3 months. Bi-Weekly Sessions Throughout the program, we’ll meet every two weeks for one-on-one coaching sessions (6 sessions total). This bi-weekly frame is designed to give you ample time to implement and reflect on each new habit or change, ensuring lasting, meaningful progress without feeling overwhelmed. By taking things at a manageable pace, you’ll experience more effective and lasting results. Tailored Habit Creation No two journeys are the same. Together, we’ll identify and develop habits that align with your unique lifestyle and goals. This process is flexible, adaptive, and designed to support you wherever you need it most - whether it’s improving self-care, self-love, managing stress, enhancing your nutrition, or cultivating better exercise routines. Accountability and Support Each session provides a touch-point for guidance, encouragement, and adjustments. I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering insights, actionable steps, and accountability to keep you on track. If you’re ready to break free from old patterns and create habits that support your overall well-being, the Healthy Habits Builder offers the guidance, structure, and support to make it happen - on your terms and at your pace.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Life happens, and I understand! If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can find a better time. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may count as a completed session, except in cases of emergency. Session Expiry To help you stay consistent on your journey, all sessions should be used within the period of the program. If you need flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out - I’m here to support you. Refund Policy Coaching is a commitment to yourself and your growth. Once we begin, refunds for unused sessions aren’t available. However, if unexpected challenges arise, let's connect to discuss options for pausing or rescheduling your sessions. Confidentiality Your trust is important to me. Everything shared during our sessions is private and confidential. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive space for your journey. Your Commitment Your progress is built on your dedication and willingness to engage. Please come to each session prepared to reflect, share, and take steps forward. Together, we’ll create lasting change, but your commitment is key. Communication Between Sessions I’m here for you! For quick questions or brief check-ins between sessions, feel free to reach out via email. I’ll do my best to respond within 48 hours.
